Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, please share pictures and videos on our WhatsApp number +92 304 4160448 within 7 days of order delivery.

- Upon receiving the visuals, our team will review the issue. If your request is found valid, we will proceed with the next steps, which may include an exchange or store credit.

International Returns:
- International clients are required to send the item back via courier to the return address provided by our team. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the item.

Return Conditions:
- Approved returns cover only the price of the article(s), excluding shipping costs.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item reaches our recommended return address.

- The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.

- Complaints must be registered via WhatsApp; otherwise, they will not be considered valid.
- Returned products must be in original condition. Items that are tampered with, damaged, or do not follow care instructions will be sent back or denied a refund.

Order Cancellations:
- Credit Card orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Instead of a refund, a coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for 60 days.
